Breakfast Bowl

Salty Caramel Breakfast Bowl

  • 1.5 small or 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk + a little more if needed.
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • A few cubes of ice

Whiz all ingredients in a blender until ultra smooth & creamy.

Today I poured the heavenly mix into a bowl and served with a dash yummy home made toasted muesli for a little crunch + a few additional slices of banana + a dollop of nut butter.
